10 Year Warranty

First Year

The first year of the ten-year warranty includes; repairs, parts, labour and call-out, at no charge. The following nine years of the warranty covers parts and labour, however a call out fee of £50 will be incurred.

Issues

If you notice any issues with your loft boarding please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible, assigning one of our engineers to assess and rectify the issue.

Note

Please note our turnaround time is approximately two weeks and we cannot always give an immediate response, but we will make sure we can fit you in at your earliest convenience.

General

You will be required to produce a proof of purchase to redeem your warranty.

This warranty cannot be transferred.
