How long will the installation take?

After the survey is completed and the quotation is accepted, the installation will typically take 1 – 2 days depending on the size of the installation.

What does a survey entail?

A survey entails a Loft Genie surveyor performing an on-site evaluation on your loft to ensure we give you the best solution possible. This typically takes about 30 minutes to complete.

When will I receive the quotation?

A quotation will be sent out on the same day as the survey.

To help save on paper and our environment our quotations are sent via e-mail.

Does your loft boarding adhere to building regulations?

Yes, all Loft Genie installations adhere to the UK Government’s building regulations.

Will the loft installation void my NHBC warranty?

No, at Loft Genie we only install BBA approved LoftZone™ StoreFloor in all New Builds. This ensures that the warranty is not voided.
